I work with capable professionals, especially professional women, who are navigating workplace dynamics that have become confusing, political, or difficult to name clearly.

Clients often arrive when something at work no longer makes sense. They may be asking:

- Why am I being undermined at work?
- Why does my boss treat me differently?
- How do I deal with subtle workplace hostility without escalating the situation?

- Why am I being excluded from conversations I should be part of?

- How do I respond without weakening my position?

Situations like these are rarely explained by performance or communication alone.

They often reflect relational dynamics within the workplace system - patterns of credibility, influence, power, loyalty, access, and alignment that can be difficult to recognise from inside the situation.

My role is to help clients see the relational structure beneath the situation, so they can respond with clarity, calm authority, and sound judgment.
